99% of the time the only thing wrong with EXPENSIVE ignition coils is the plug wires!!! As outlined here, wires die an early death due to the inferior quality as supplied by Mitsubishi.

JetSki Solutions have developed special equipment to surgically remove the faulty wire and install our custom, proprietary high-voltage wires along with MSD terminals, boots, and retainers. JetSki Solutions also has proprietary methods of attaching the stainless steel terminals to our extra-thick wire. With this special process the terminals will never come off, water can never work its way up inside the wire, and you can remove the boots to inspect the terminals without fear of damaging anything.

All spark plug wire is inferior to JetSki Solutions' Super Spark Wire. Our wire utilizes a neoprene rubber jacket, a flexible silicone housing, finely stranded wire, and no resistor core. Our wire is industry proven.

The neoprene shell resists gas, oil, and saltwater environments. The strands are silver plated for corrosion resistance. It is rated to 50,000 volts and 302°F (150°C).

The fine wire strands are the key to making a spark plug wire last through years of abuse. OEM and aftermarket wire can't handle the long-term vibration put out by personal watercraft. Add in a high-performance ignition, or simply the desire to bulletproof your stock setup, and you will be glad you switched to our Super Spark Wire.

Our turnaround time on this custom service is usually 24 hours. When you get your coil back, you will think it came from the factory!!! The method of attachment for the new wire is exactly the same as Mitsubishi.
