1. Package your item appropriately to prevent damage during shipment. Bubble wrap ,tightly wadded newspaper, styrofoam peanuts, etc.. If shipping a carburetor, be sure to drain all the fuel and bag and seal to prevent fumes. PLEASE MARK THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX BOLDLY WITH CONTENTS> example " KAWASAKI 750 STATOR"
2. Include a note inside with your NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE and E mail ADDRESS
3. Use any carrier you wish. NOTE: If you require a signature for delivery, be aware of the possible delays in delivery if we are not here to sign for it.
4. Generally within 2-5 days, your stator, electrical box, carb or other parts will be inspected and tested as required. Some dis-assembly may be required.
5. PAYMENT IS BY PERSONAL OR BUSINESS CHECK ONLY (INCLUDED WITH ITEM) Parts purchases will include sales tax. Shipping insurance is OPTIONAL, please advise if want insurance added to invoice. A separate email may be sent to discuss colors, lead times, and special request order details.
6. When complete, a tracking number for your shipment will be issued by UPS OR USPS system
7. Be sure your email does not block email from UPS, USPS OR SEND TO SPAM FOLDER > pricing for some parts and service subject to change without notice +++ in the unlikely event any issue arises with your vintage item, we welcome you to return for examination and resolution. Customer pays all shipping cost to JetSki SOlutions, and back to customer.
