- Complete dis-assembly
- cleaned, bead blasted, trued, coated base plate
- Battery charge coil rewound in house with high temp epoxy insulated magnet wire. in most cases exciter will test/ proof good and will be specially cleaned and processed and reused
- coils are specially treated and sealed with heat set polyester resins to prolong lifespan
- If exciter coil requires replacement, there is no aftermarket. we will contact you with availability and price for good used OEM
- assembly with new stainless fasteners
- All new high temp wiring harness with new connector pins SOLDERED
- Coil terminals are sealed same as OEM process
- New Allen head mounting hardware and washers provided
- When installing the stator, Be sure to clean holes in cases with thinner and use Loctite
- install parts kit included with wire seals,cap O ring, stator cover O ring, connector body with terminals and proper upgraded mounting hardware
